Google literally provides you a wealth of knowledge through Search Console, and you can use SC for almost every possible job in regards to SEO. What you should do is differentiate your content from competitors and try to make it easier for search engines to understand your pages (for example by adding small text descriptions for each wallpaper). Yes, definitely you should also consider off-page seo and start promoting your website on other websites.
